FAQ's


Q:  What are your minimums?

A:  for supplied, art-ready images we require a minimum of 12 pieces per order for both the digital print and embroidery processes.

For artwork and designs edited and/or created by us we require a minimum of 24 pieces.

 

Q:  How much do you charge per shirt?

A:  Before we can issue a quote for a project, we must first have the art that will be used.  Once we receive your artwork we will respond with a quote within 24 hours.

 

Q:  What do you charge for art fees?

A:  Our rate starts at $25.  Additional charges will apply for edits and length of time required.  More than 3 edits per design will result in an addtional design fee.

 

Q:  Do you provide samples?

A:  discounted samples are offered once a final order has been placed.

 

Q:  Can I provide my own product?

A:  We prefer to embellish product from our selected vendors.

 

Q:  How large of an image can you print on a shirt?

A:  We can print up to a 13x15 inch image.

 

Q:  How long can I expect to wait for my order?

A:  Most orders will be completed within 10-14 business days (this does not account for shipping)

 

Q:  Can I re-use designs created by Stitch-It for other purposes?

A:  No.  All layouts, designs and artwork used by Stitch-It designs are copyrighted and are not to be used without permission. 

 

Q:  What format do you need for the Direct to Garment Printing?

A:  Any of the following:

  • .jpeg
  • .pdf
  • .PSD- Photoshop

 

Q:  What format do you need to digitize a logo for embroidery?

A:  Same as above
