A: Direct to Garment Printing is a process of printing on shirts using specialized inkjet technology. The specialty inks are applied directly to the shirt material and are absorbed by the fibers. The artwork will not crack over time because the ink is absorbed by the fibers. It is cost effective for designs with a lot of colors and great for details, like a photograph. There is a quick turn around for an order and does not require specialized artwork. The specialty ink used is also non toxic.
Q: I don't have a printer, Is there another way to put text on the PDF so it can be email back?
A: There are a couple of ways this can be done. Depending on your version of Adobe Reader. With more current versions of Adobe Reader, you can add text directly to the PDF by clicking a button that says Sign, Add text. For older version's of Adobe Reader you can save the PDF as text. To do this click on file, at the top of the page and it will either say save as text or go to save as other and click on text. That will save a Notepad file that you can add your text to. The latest version of Adobe Reader can be downloaded from Adobe's website.
